In the past Preservation 1st Financial Group, LLC has partnered with mortgage brokers in the areas that we work in order to help our clients with their mortgage needs. That will soon be changing. We are in the process of acquiring a mortgage broker business so that we can provide the same care and customer service to our clients when helping them with one of the biggest financial commitments they will make. Once the acquisition is complete, we will be able to find a mortgage for almost any circumstance. There are loans out there for people who do not have the money for a down payment.
